I had an appt. today with the dentist to extract a tooth. I got lost for an hour trying to find the location, forgot my phone at home so needless to say when I arrived an hour late they still took me and my visit was very pleasant. I was a nervous wreck not knowing if I had to rescedule or what but to my surprise I did not. The Dentist and it was either Dr. Klein or Dr. Donnell that's how nervous I was did a super job! The Nurses assisting him were the best. At one point I had rears coming down and they wiped them away. Talked to me the whole procedure and I was great! I will admit the first needle was a bit uncomfortable after that I felt nothing! Thank you so much to the Doctor and all the staff at Akron Oral at White Pond Drive for everything today! I am so grateful! I would and will recommend the Akron location !
